Blue Collar Hackle was founded to combine our enthusiasm for chickens and farming with our passion for fishing- thus creating a marketable product we proudly stand behind. Our company is a small, family-run farm located on the same property our family has farmed since the early 1900s. Our family has proven a keen interest in small-scale farming, ranging from dairy and beef cattle to honeybees and various breeds of chickens. Our dedication to fly fishing and animal husbandry sparked our launch and continues to drive us into the future.
Our family works diligently to raise a healthy flock containing an assortment of colors. As a result, you’ll find natural colors such as grizzly, dun, ginger, to name a few. We also provide a variety of dyed materials. You can find all available products under the "shop" tab. All listings provide photos of the exact item for sale to guarantee buyer’s satisfaction. While we do our best to capture ideal lighting and angles, hues may vary depending on your screen. Please reach out via email/text with questions; we will gladly provide any clarification needed.
As a small farm, our product will be limited, depending on the season. However, we always look for ways to adapt to meet demand and provide high-quality products at honest prices. We are asking that you limit your order to 6 pieces of product at a time. If you are interested in buying more product than 6 at a time, please contact us directly. We want to ensure everyone is able to get our product. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. We currently are not shipping out of the United States. Please be patient as we try to branch out.
